A little scared!!

Its weigh in tonight and I've been on plan 100% this week, syns this week

Day 3 syns 14
Day 4 syns 18
Day 5 syns 9.5
Day 6 syns 7
So far today Day 7 syns 8.5 still not had hexA and hexB

Hoping for 3lb loss 

Xmas target is 7lb loss - 9 weeks to go!!!

Wanted New Motivation!!

I went for weigh in on
Monday as I reached the scales I knew it would be bad news, I stopped writing in my food diary Thursday and just before I went into class I filled it in as best I could.  So this bad news was because I remembered all the things I forgot to write down in the syns column. Result 1.5 lbs ON 

Came home crying and knew I had to turn this around this week in order to put this wrong - right and to start my loss journey again. 

Things I've done so far
1) read my book (yes all of it)
2) listened to the new starters talk on you tube
3) counted my pebbles so the correct amount is in the amount lost container. 
4) made my Xmas promise by putting 14 pebbles into a cute glass 
5) emailed my consultant confirming my new found motivation

Oranges

I thought a fruity breakfast would be a good start to my new day. I washed, cut, cored, peeled and depipped and displayed Apple Grapes and Oranges in a big bowl and put them next to me while I planned my menus for next week. But it didn't work hurumpt!!!! My tummy rumbled but I didn't want to eat fruit, I didn't want to sticky my fingers with the oranges, the apple looked brown and the grapes looked sad! (I know right!) but I've not moved to the cupboard looking for synfull treats, I've kept still and the fruit is started to tempt me. Maybe I'll eat some soon.

I've fallen off the wagon

when I eat something I know to be off limits, or dangerous I feel a rush of misbehaviour and foolishly think that one bite will be all I need to get a rush then I won't need anymore, so I open the door to the cupboard and take a peek at what I can eat.
  1. I should ask myself if I am actually hungry
  2. I should keep fruit in the cupboard so I can choose that
  3. I should keep a note asking politely to choose a yogurt
I need to be able to shut the door without grabbing anything and stay on plan.
