I've fallen off the wagon
when I eat something I know to be off limits, or dangerous I feel a rush of misbehaviour and foolishly think that one bite will be all I need to get a rush then I won't need anymore, so I open the door to the cupboard and take a peek at what I can eat.
- I should ask myself if I am actually hungry
- I should keep fruit in the cupboard so I can choose that
- I should keep a note asking politely to choose a yogurt
I need to be able to shut the door without grabbing anything and stay on plan.
